Election Reconciliation Reports

Senate Bill 440, which passed during the 2025 legislature requires all counties to post a reconciliation report for federal elections.

Ballot return rate vs. voter turnout

Voter turnout is the total number of ballots cast (from polling places and absentee voters) divided by the total number of eligible voters. Eligible voters include active, inactive and provisionally registered voters.

The ballot return rate is the percentage of issued ballots that have been accepted by the Elections Office.
