Grants are an important source of revenue for Missoula County and support essential programs and services that would not be possible using local sources alone.  The Internal Grant Services Division provides departments with centralized support, standardized processes, and coordination of grant activities to maximize overall success in a competitive funding environment.    

Internal Grant Services staff work in partnership with the Financial Services Department and the Auditor’s Office to provide county departments with customized assistance and comprehensive support across the grant lifecycle. This systems-level approach bolsters county capacity for successful grant acquisition and management and minimizes grant-related audit risk.
